Do you have several years of working experience, strong leadership qualities and a high level of dedication?

Are you from a country in Africa?

If yes, then apply until 10 January 2020 for AFRIKA KOMMT!

The fellowship programme offers the opportunity of a fully-sponsored one-year stay in Germany with an internship in a leading German company.

During their assignment, participants in the scheme gain valuable insight into work processes, company structures and management methods.

Supported by the President of Germany, AFRIKA KOMMT! is a further training programme for young African executives.

Immediately after participating, around 70 per cent of the alumni have gone on to successfully secure a job at their partner company’s African subsidiary.

Nineteen leading German companies launched the initiative in 2008 and commissioned the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to implement it.
