Celebrating its tenth year anniversary, Ortel Mobile offers its customers a 10-gigabyte flat rate for the first time*

Düsseldorf, April 2016 – Ortel Mobile connects people in different countries. To mark its ten-year anniversary, the telecommunications company is now offering a 10-gigabyte Internet flat rate in its range of products.

Nowadays, mobile data is more important than ever for staying in contact with loved ones – whether viewing a video from friends or family on Facebook while you’re on the move, finding your way with the help of a mobile map or communicating worldwide using Skype. The new 10-gigabyte flat rate allows you to use the Internet anytime, anywhere even without WiFi – whether you are using a smartphone or a tablet.

To mark the ten-year anniversary of the company, Ortel Mobile has developed an ideal product for its customers with the new Internet flat rate. As one of the first providers on the prepaid market, the telecommunications company now offers this option in its portfolio, which meets the growing demand for more data volume in the target group. “We are pleased to offer our customers an ideal option to satisfy the ever-growing demand for digital communication,” says Gordon Röber, member of the executive management of the company.

Furthermore, the new Internet option can also be used for Voice over IP; for international calls via Skype, for example. It is easy to register for the 10 GB Internet flat rate via the Ortel Mobile app, text message or phone at a cost of €39.99. If the data volume is used up during the billing period, it is possible to top up with an additional 10 GB of high-speed data volume for €30.

Ortel Mobile GmbH – the first prepaid provider of international telecommunication services in Germany – was founded in Düsseldorf in 2006. Since then, the company has established itself as the leading telecommunications provider for German residents with a migrant background. The needs of our customers have always been our focus for the past ten years. And Ortel will continue working in the future to offer the best possible service for the target group, the company says.
